Upon termination, your account and any Content associated with your account may be deleted, and Fourtrades may permanently bar you from accessing the Platform.

FOURTRADES MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FOURTRADES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FOURTRADES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
